SPOTLIGHTED PODCAST ALERT (YOUR ARTICLE BEGINS A FEW INCHES DOWN)...

WWE Hall of Famer, Jerry Lawler, will return to Monday Night Raw announce team starting with next week’s episode of the show.

On Raw Talk this week, Lawler said he would be making his return to the Raw announce team to fill-in for Corey Graves, who will be away from the desk to get married. There is no indication as to how long Lawler will remain in the role. Graves and Carmella are tying the knot this week. Both have been featured on a special YouTube reality show.

Jerry Lawler last was a part of the WWE announce team in April of 2020, though he frequently joins shows such as Raw Talk, The Bump, and PLE kickoff shows. Lawler is a multiple time heavyweight champion across a variety of different promotions including the AWA, USWA, Smokey Mountain Wrestling, Memphis Wrestling, and the CWA.

Lawler’s major feuds include programs against Bill Dundee, The Moondog, Terry Funk, and more. Lawler is also known for his highly mainstream feud with Andy Kaufman. Lawler began his run with the WWE in 1992. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2007.

  1. I do not like this, I don’t want child rapists to have a job in WWE. What I hate is that more people seem to hate Hogan for his controversial comments but are OK with liking Lawler even though he had sex with 14 year old girls.
