Jay White vs. Steve Maclin vs. Chris Sabin in a triple threat match has been added to the Rebellion PPV event. White and Sabin recently squared off against one another at the Impact Multiverse of Matches show over WrestleMania weekend.

Rebellion takes place on Saturday April 23 from New York. Other matches announced for the show include Deonna Purrazzo vs. Taya Valkyrie, Tasha Steelz vs. Rosemary for the Knockouts Championship, Jonah vs. Tomohiro Ishii, Jonathan Gresham vs. Eddie Edwards, Trey Miguel vs. Ace Austin vs. Mike Bailey for the X-Division Championship, and elimination match for the Impact Tag Team Championships, and Moose vs. Josh Alexander for the Impact World Championship.

Moose and Alexander have been on a collision course since Bound for Glory in 2021. At that show, Alexander defeated Christian Cage to become the Impact World Champion in the main event. After the match and as Alexander was celebrating with his family in the ring, Moose attacked him from behind and cashed in a title opportunity he was owed. Moose pinned Alexander in seconds to secure the Impact World Championship.

The build to the Rebellion match between Moose and Alexander has featured Moose terrorizing Alexander’s family, making the feud extra personal heading into the show. Alexander is a former X-Division Champion and Impact Wrestling Tag Team Champion. Moose has held the TNA World Championship and Grand Championship on two occasions. He’s been with Impact Wrestling since 2016.
