“MONEY IS THE PRIZE; FIGHTING IS THE MONEY”

The tensions between Shane McMahon and Kevin Owens are about to take a hard spill in Denver. Shane still seeks vengeance after K.O. laid a beating on his old man a few weeks ago, but hasn’t been able to be in the arena at the same time as the prizefighter. Meanwhile, Owens has turned Smackdown Live into his own personal playground. He goes and fights when he wants, whom he wants, and how he wants. Last week that led to a matchup against his long-time rival Sami Zayn. Unfortunately for Sami, it ended when K.O. powerbombed him off the apron to the discomfort of the WWE Universe in attendance. (The limited attendance that is.) Shane tried to run in for a save, but Owens was just too quick to escape. As for tonight, the two will meet face-to-face in the ring to further stir the pot.

THE TRUTH IS, WE’RE BOTH BETTER THAN THIS”

For the second (or is it third?) straight week of SD television WWE champion Jinder Mahal took shots at Shinsuke Nakamura in an effort to humiliate him before their upcoming title bout at Hell in a Cell. Shinsuke has certainly earned his past title opportunities. He defeated John Cena and Randy Orton in his first attempts, and has slowly started to gain the favor of the casual WWE fan along with the hardcores who have loved him since they first discovered his charisma back in Japan. However, with WWE scheduled to take a tour in India in the next month this feud seems to be a pretty pointless holdover, and the wrong man will come out the other side as the victor.

THIS ALL ENDS… IN HELL.”

After watching The Usos and The New Day face each other five times in the past SEVEN weeks I never expected to be as hyped for this finale as I am. Every matchup has been a marathon of fluidity, execution, and of course…superkicks. Xavier, Big E, and Kofi better get ready, because considering this final chapter will most probably take place inside the cell, you know that those Superkicking Samoans are preparing to throw everything at them to reclaim those tag-team titles.

FASHION FILES RETURNS!”

-After a mid-season break in what has been epic television, Tyler Breeze and Fandango return, and they are still on the search for those scoundrels who trashed their office. Will they ever find out who the culprits are? I hope so, and hopefully it leads them to a tag-team title match in the future.

-Speaking of tag-teams, Mojo Rawley and Zack Ryder expired months ago and are now just sour with each other. (☺) Too many losses and a lack of communication are pushing these bros away from each other.

-Dolph Ziggler says that there is no one who can do what he does, but he’s lying to himself and to you if you believe him. Bobby Roode on the other hand can do no wrong, and will be our savior by putting an end to the madness that is Dolph’s attempts to be entertaining. #inROODEweTRUST

-Now that everyone’s beaten Ms. Money in the Bank Carmella, we can focus our attention to the lineage storyline between Charlotte Flair and Natalya Neidhart. With six days until Hell in a Cell will one of these prestigious bloodlines attempt to gain the upper hand?

-A.J. Styles has a real mess on his hands now as Baron Corbin has now defeated him via countout to claim he deserves another United States title opportunity. However, Tye Dillinger can also make that case as he has yet to have a fair one-on-one matchup with the phenomenal one. I think there is only one-way to settle this: and it involves the threat of a 3-bagger in baseball.

-The Viper interrupted Rusev day and laid the Artiste’ Aiden English and the Bulgarian Brute out with RKO’s. All of this will blow over at the PPV this Sunday.

Seems like there is a lot going on, but some clarity still needs to be set for the go home show. You interested?
