WWE Monday Night Raw last night drew a typical rating of 1.96, the same as last week and a notch above the ten-week rolling average headed into this week of 1.89.

The hourly viewership had less variation than usual with 2.849 million, 2967 million, and 2.760 million, for a dropoff from the first-to-third hour of just 89,000.

Last year this week Raw drew a 2.15 and two years ago this week it drew a 2.12, so it’s below those numbers, but by a typical amount lately.

The 2018 average so far is 2.09. The 2017 through this week was 2.12.

August is averaging 1.96, above the July average of 188 and the June average of 1.88, so there’s a small “Summerslam bump.”

On another ratings note, for the week of July 30 to Aug. 5, the second hour of the July 30 episode of Raw topped the cable ratings for the 18-49 adult demographic that advertisers covet, landing at a 1.0 rating with 1.306 million in that key demo, topping Love & Hop Hop Hollywood 5 on VH1 in a tiebreaker with the same rating but 39,000 more viewers in that demo. Then the third hour and first hour of Raw finished with 1.0 ratings in the key demo also, but with fewer viewers than Love & Hip Hop. Smackdown finished at no. 6 for the week with a 0.8 rating and 1.229 million viewers in that key demo. (SOURCE)
