Smackdown Rating: Key metrics on lowest non-holiday viewership of last two years, viewership total, to-date yearly averages

Last night’s episode of WWE Smackdown live on USA Network drew a 1.52 rating among live and same-night-DVR viewers, down from the 1.57 last week. It’s the lowest rating since the July 3 (“holiday”) episode of the show, which drew a 1.45. No rating has been lower in 2017 or 2018.

The rolling ten-week average is 1.62. The 2018 average so far is 1.69, down from last year’s average at this point of 1.75.

One year ago, Smackdown drew a 1.75. Two years ago, Smackdown drew a 1.58.

Total viewership was 2.095 million, the lowest viewership of 2017 and 2018 except for the July 3 episode, which drew 2.013 million. This year’s average viewership is 2.414 million.
