SPOTLIGHTED PODCAST ALERT (YOUR ARTICLE BEGINS A FEW INCHES DOWN)...

One week after Jay Lethal vs. Colt Cabana for the ROH World Title ended without a conclusion, Ring of Honor is moving on to officially promoting Lethal vs. Jay Briscoe on the next PPV.

ROH announced Sunday night what they are marketing as “the biggest re-match in ROH history” between Lethal and Briscoe on Friday, June 24.

The “Best in the World” PPV main event features Lethal trying to complete one full year as ROH champion after defeating Briscoe for the title at BITW 2015.

ROH is also teasing involvement from Adam Cole of the Bullet Club because Cole believes he is owed an ROH Title shot, like Briscoe.

The teaser continues: “Will Adam Cole and Bullet Club attempt to alter the fate of one or both of these men between now and Best in the World? And just who will leave Concord as ROH World Champion? Join us live and on pay-per-view to find out!”

BITW 2016 takes place in Concord (Charlotte), N.C. from the Cabarrus Arena on June 24. ROH follows up with a TV taping on June 25 at the same arena.
