Jarrett captures WrestleCade Title; Hardy taken to hospital

Global Force Wrestling co-owner Jeff Jarrett captured the WrestleCade Title from Matt Hardy at the annual WrestleCade event in Winston-Salem, N.C. Jeff was accompanied by his wife, Karen Jarrett.

Also, Hardy indicated on Twitter that he went to the hospital after the match. According to WrestleCade, Hardy received 38 stitches in his head.

GFW had a presence throughout the annual weekend gathering of top stars and legends. Friday night at the “Showcase of Champions” show, Sonjay Dutt captured the Gen-NXT Title from P.J. Black in the first-ever champion vs. challenger title match in GFW history.
