SPOTLIGHTED PODCAST ALERT (YOUR ARTICLE BEGINS A FEW INCHES DOWN)...

-Sean Waltman said on his latest episode of X-Pac 12360 that The Rock calling C.M. Punk at Raw in Los Angeles, Calif. last week was definitely not part of the script or approved ahead of time. “Obviously there was controversy over The Rock calling C.M. Punk,” he said. “I was up in the gorilla position when all that was going down… I’m not going to say who was on the headset saying, ‘cut his mic, cut his mic. Doesn’t he realize we’re in a lawsuit with this guy?’ But nobody was really, like, mad mad. But it was just like, come on. It was one of those things.”

-Impact TV Taping Talent News (potentially *spoiler* content): Magnus (Nick Aldis), Konnan, and Matt Morgan are all expected to be at TNA Impact Wrestling TV tapings this week. Those names will help freshen up the roster and fill the gaps left by Mike Bennett & Maria, Matt & Jeff Hardy, and Drew Galloway departing.

-The male wrestlers featured on the TNA Wrestling website graphic today announcing their return to UK TV features EC3, Bobby Lashley, and Eddie Edwards. No Hardys, Galloway, or Bennett, although they can be found elsewhere on the website and on their Shop TNA website.

-TNA Impact Wrestling viewership last Thursday, Feb. 23 drew 275,000 viewers, down from 325,000 the prior week.
