Chris Jericho hinted that he will be part of WrestleMania 32 in April 2016, following up his involvement at the Night of Champions PPV.

Jericho, who unsuccessfully teamed with Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose against the Wyatts, says the match will likely lead to a WM32 situation.

“I came back a couple of weeks ago to do the Night of Champions thing and I don’t come back just for one-offs. There’s always a reason why I do everything that I do. That could give you some clues,” Jericho told Brian Fritz for Fox Sports.

“It’s going to be the biggest show of all-time. I haven’t done the last couple of Manias and, to me, it wasn’t that the opportunity wasn’t there or the offer but what am I going to be doing? Who am I working with? What’s the storyline because I know that for WrestleMania, everyone comes back.”

Jericho mainly wrestles non-televised events, or things like the MSG Network special, which is by design to avoid being full-time on the road and not incorporated into week-to-week storylines.

“To me, I know that I’m not wrestling full-time ever again. Those days are gone. It’s not something that I do because I have to. I do it because I want to, because I like it. But I was also smart enough to know ten years ago that I need to start preparing for life after wrestling because I don’t want to be a guy that’s owned by the business,” Jericho said.

“Something happens and you get fired or you get let go and then I have to start working in high school gyms. Nothing wrong with that but I don’t want to do that. I don’t want to be signing autographs at every legends convention that comes around. Once in a while I’ll do one if it’s the right circumstance or if it’s fun or whatever. But I never wanted to be held hostage by my career.”
