WWE Raw TV Preview 5/30

WWE returns to Green Bay on Monday night for the Memorial Day edition of Raw.

– John Cena returns to Raw TV after missing the entire year with a shoulder injury. Cena made a brief appearance at WrestleMania 32 with The Rock, but he has not appeared on Raw this year.

– Raw will also feature a big tag match of The Dudleys vs. Enzo Amore & Big Cass.

– WWE continues building to Roman Reigns vs. the returning Seth Rollins for the WWE World Title at Money in the Bank in three weeks.

– There is one spot remaining in the Money in the Bank ladder match. It remains to be seen how WWE fills the spot.

– A.J. Styles has to find a new direction after ending his business relationship with The Club and teasing the start of something new last Thursday on Smackdown.

– IC champion The Miz (and Maryse) are scheduled to begin filming “Marine 5” tomorrow. How will WWE handle Miz’s status as Intercontinental champion?

– Women’s champion Charlotte dumped her dad, Ric Flair, last Monday on Raw and continued her recent title feud with Natalya last Thursday on Smackdown.

– Overall, it’s the first Raw since WWE announced a brand split kicking in this summer. Will WWE incorporate that into storylines, especially as it relates to Shane and Stephanie McMahon running Raw?

– The advertised talent roster includes Reigns, Cena, Styles, Chris Jericho, Dean Ambrose, Kevin Owens, Sheamus, Alberto Del Rio, and The Club’s Karl Anderson & Doc Gallows.

– External from Raw, there is big sports competition on Monday night. Included is Game 7 of the NBA Western Conference Finals and Game 1 of the NHL Stanley Cup Finals.

– For the live crowd in Green Bay, WWE is advertising a bonus main event of Cena & Reigns & Ambrose vs. Styles & Gallows & Anderson in a (subject to change) six-man tag match.
