Jerry Lawler set to make return to Raw broadcast booth next week

SPOTLIGHTED PODCAST ALERT (YOUR ARTICLE BEGINS A FEW INCHES DOWN)...

WWE has answered the question of what the TV announce teams will look like when a “New Era” for WWE begins next week on Raw and Smackdown.

Not included is long-time TV voice Jerry Lawler, who was not listed in the new Raw and Smackdown announce teams. Lawler recently took on a heel persona partnered with Mauro Ranallo and Byron Saxton on Smackdown. Several weeks ago, he was suspended from TV while going through a domestic dispute legal situation, then returned to TV when the charges were dropped.

WWE updated their announcement that Lawler is indeed moving to the Pre-Show on WWE Network, as WWE is moving Corey Graves from the Pre-Show panel to the Raw announce team.

WWE is also moving JBL from Raw to Smackdown. David Otunga, who was on the Raw Pre-Show before being moved to Main Event television, will now be on the Smackdown announce team.
