WWE has confirmed that Brock Lesnar will not be suspended for his UFC 200 drug-testing violations while under contract with WWE.

TMZ reported a statement from WWE that only full-time roster members are subject to the Wellness Policy.

“WWE’s talent wellness program does not apply to part-time performers such as Brock Lesnar,” the spokesperson said, essentially making Lesnar exempt from Wellness testing.

This would also make the likes of Triple H, The Undertaker, and The Rock exempt from Wellness testing.

Lesnar is returning to action at the Summerslam PPV against Randy Orton on August 21.

  1. This hurts the credibility of the Wellness Policy big time, it’s WWE deciding they just don’t want to enforce it with him because Lesnar is a baby and would get upset. I hope the Nevada Athletic Commission gives him a big fine and suspension since WWE is happy to let a steroid user work for them.
