WWE LIVE EVENT REPORT – SMACKDOWN BRAND

This was the first Smackdown brand live event since WrestleMania with the Superstar Shake-up changes in place.

(1) Heath Slater & Rhyno defeated Tyler Breeze & Fandango.

(2) Apollo Crews pinned Curt Hawkins. Before the match, Hawkins made his full entrance with mic saying he is Raw’s biggest, newest star, offering an open challenge. Apollo Crews comes out and squashed him in 30 seconds

(3) Mojo Rawley defeated Dolph Ziggler.

(4) Luke Harper defeated Erick Rowan. Harper received the second biggest cheers behind Dolph so far in the show.

(5) Dean Ambrose defeated Baron Corbin to retain the Intercontinental Championship.

(6) Naomi defeated Natalya, Carmella, Tamina, Becky Lynch, and Mickie James.

(7) Jimmy & Jey Uso defeated American Alpha (Chad Gable & Jason Jordan) to retain the Smackdown Tag Team Championships

(8) Randy Orton defeated Bray Wyatt and A.J. Styles in a Triple Threat match to retain the WWE World Championship.

Biggest Pops: Orton, Ambrose, Styles, Naomi.

Surprising loud responses for Dolph Ziggler and Luke Harper.
